PRICING & PLANS

Published prices,
from a package to a platform

Most agencies here will not tell you what anything costs until you have sat through a call. These are our actual rates. Start with a fixed-price package, take an independent assessment of what you already have, scope a custom build, or keep something live on a monthly plan. Everything below is a price for the scope described rather than a quotation, and every figure excludes VAT.

Starter packages

Fixed price, fixed scope, no discovery needed. If you know what you want and would rather see a number than commission an estimate, start here. Each package is a complete piece of work on its own, and what you spend on one comes off a larger build if you decide to go further.

Each package is a fixed price for the scope listed. Anything beyond it is quoted separately before any extra work starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Packages can be combined, and what you spend on one is credited against a larger build if you decide to go further within ninety days.

Fixed-scope assessments

Independent reviews with a written deliverable and a fixed fee, each a few days rather than a few weeks. Useful on their own, a document you own whether or not anything follows it, and a low-risk way to work with us before committing to anything larger.

Technical audit

₱32,0003 to 5 working days

An independent read of an existing codebase, infrastructure and delivery process, and what it would take to put right.

You receive

  • Architecture and code quality assessment
  • Security and dependency risk register
  • Infrastructure and cost review
  • Prioritised remediation plan with effort estimates

Performance review

₱18,0002 to 3 working days

Why a site or application is slow, measured rather than guessed, with the fixes ordered by what each one is worth.

You receive

  • Core Web Vitals and real-user measurement baseline
  • Backend, query and asset profiling
  • Ranked optimisation plan with expected impact
  • One follow-up measurement after you implement

Cloud and cost review

₱22,0002 to 3 working days

What the infrastructure is doing, what it is costing, and how much of that is avoidable. It frequently pays for itself.

You receive

  • Infrastructure inventory and architecture review
  • Spend analysis with itemised savings
  • Resilience, scaling and failover assessment
  • Migration or consolidation plan where it pays

AI readiness assessment

₱45,0005 to 8 working days

Where AI would genuinely pay for itself in your operation, where it would not, and what your data would need first.

You receive

  • Use-case identification and value ranking
  • Data readiness and governance review
  • Build-versus-buy recommendation per use case
  • Costed implementation roadmap

Custom builds

For work that does not fit a package: a platform, a product, a migration, an integration across systems that were never meant to talk to each other — including enterprise engagements. These are scoped individually, so the figure below is a band rather than a price, and it narrows as soon as there is a written scope.

Scoped to the work

₱150,000 to ₱2.5MIndicative band, not a quotation

Best forA system with real users and real consequences when it is wrong.

How it runs

  • Discovery first, priced separately and fixed, ending in a written specification
  • UI/UX design and interactive prototypes before anything is built
  • Agile delivery with continuous testing and a security pass before release
  • Production deployment, monitoring and documentation you own

Build engagements are split into phases with a working deliverable at the end of each one. You approve and pay per phase rather than committing the full budget up front, and you can stop between phases with nothing outstanding.

How engagements are structured

Managed care plans

For a product that is already live. Every commitment below is a number rather than an adjective — included hours, a first-response time and a coverage window — because “priority support” cannot be breached and four business hours can.

Plans are billed monthly on a rolling basis and can be changed or cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Commit to twelve months and the rate drops by 15%. Unused capacity rolls into the following month once; work beyond the included hours is quoted before it starts, never billed by surprise. You can move up or down a tier at any month boundary.

Need 24/7 on-call, contractual uptime credits or a dedicated team? Those are arranged individually. Tell us what uptime is worth to your business and we will price against it.

Questions about the price

The seven things people ask before committing to a number. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will add it.

  • Exactly what the package lists, delivered to production. That includes the design, the build, the testing, a round of revisions and the handover — not just the code. Anything not on the list is out of scope by default, and we will quote it separately before starting rather than absorbing it quietly and running out of budget in week three.

  • Scope, mostly. More pages, more products, a second payment gateway, an integration with a system that has no usable API, migrating content and data from an old site, or a design that has to be built from scratch rather than from your existing brand. Timeline compresses price upward too: work that has to happen in half the window needs more people on it. We name whichever of these applies before you commit, not after.

  • For a fixed-price package or assessment, terms are set out in the written proposal and agreed before any work starts. For a custom build, you pay by phase: each phase ends in a working deliverable, you approve and pay for that phase, and you can stop between phases with nothing outstanding. Care plans are billed monthly on a rolling basis.

  • No — every price on this site excludes 12% VAT. Third-party costs are also excluded and are billed to you directly by the supplier: hosting and domains, managed databases, payment gateway fees, email and SMS delivery, paid APIs, stock photography and any commercial licence the project needs. We will tell you what a build will need, and roughly what it runs to, before you commit.

  • You own the work product we produce for you, and for packages that includes the source code and the documentation. What we retain are the pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal methods used to build it — the things we bring to every project and would still hold if yours had never existed. The specifics are set out in each service agreement and in our Terms of Use.

  • Care plans are rolling and can be changed or cancelled with 30 days' notice, and you can move up or down a tier at any month boundary. Committing to twelve months drops the rate by 15%. On a phased build you can stop between phases with nothing further owed. Work already delivered is invoiced; work not yet started is not.

  • We tell you before you reach the limit, not after. Unused capacity rolls into the following month once. Anything beyond the included hours is quoted and approved before it is started, so it is never billed by surprise — and if you are consistently over, the honest answer is usually to move up a tier rather than to keep buying overage.
