We begin with a short discovery conversation to understand the outcome you are after, the systems you already run, and the constraints around them. From there we produce a technical specification, an architecture diagram and a delivery timeline before any code is written.

Web development, app development, data analytics and AI, e-commerce and payments, marketing automation, and business dashboards. Most engagements combine two or three of these rather than sitting neatly in one.

Deployment is not the end of the engagement. We provide continuous support and maintenance, regular updates and improvements, and a dedicated customer success contact for the life of the relationship.

Ownership of the work product is set out in each service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain the pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies used to deliver it. The specifics are covered in our Terms of Use.
