How we scope, build and support digital solutions, from the first discovery conversation through to the support arrangement after launch. If your question is not here, get in touch and we will answer it directly.

We begin with a short discovery conversation to understand the outcome you are after, the systems you already run, and the constraints around them. From there we produce a technical specification, an architecture diagram and a delivery timeline before any code is written.

Web development, app development, data analytics and AI, e-commerce and payments, marketing automation, and business dashboards. Most engagements combine two or three of these rather than sitting neatly in one.

Four stages: discovery and planning, design and prototyping, development with continuous testing, then deployment and support. Each stage has defined deliverables, so you always know what you are receiving and when.

We are based in the Philippines and serve clients across EMEA and APAC. Engagements run in English, and we work to the data protection requirements of the region a client operates in.

Often, yes. We start with a review of the current codebase, infrastructure and data model, then agree a plan that either stabilises what is there or migrates it, whichever gives you more value for the budget.

Where it earns its place: machine learning models, natural language processing, computer vision and AI-assisted chat, integrated into systems you already use. We do not apply automated decision-making that carries legal effect without explicit consent.

Deployment is not the end of the engagement. We provide continuous support and maintenance, regular updates and improvements, and a dedicated customer success contact for the life of the relationship.

Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a written service agreement or statement of work for each engagement. Invoices are typically due within 14 or 30 days of the invoice date.
